String Trio to Perform on Thurs. Aug. 23, 8pm. An hour of music for string trio, After Darkness Light, reflecting on the Reformation, by Quintessence Ensemble. Admission $15 at the door, or through their own concert link on St Mark’s Facebook page. The group is performing at various venues on their way to Quebec City
The Marion Singers, noted Greater Toronto a capella chamber choir, conducted by Christopher Dawes. Sunday, Sept. 30 at 3:00 pm.

Sunday Refreshments: A sign-up sheet for providing refreshments after the 10:30 am service is posted on the bulletin board. Please consider providing a snack for this social time – we’ll make the coffee! August and September Sundays need your help!

Preserving season is in full swing and we hope you will do a batch or two for the Hollyberry Bazaar. Preserves must be prepared in approved jars and water bath processed to meet health and safety standards. I am always looking for small jam and jelly jars (125ml or 250ml size) so please leave them at the parish hall to my attention.
